Baked caramel corn🍿

This is a perfect day for baked caramel corn. Rainy and cold. I try to only make this in the fall, although, I could eat it everyday.
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter
1/4 c Karo syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix all except baking soda in pan and cook for 5 min. Remove from heat, stir in the 1/2 tsp baking soda and stir. Pour over popped corn and stir to coat. bake at 200 for 1 hour stirring ever 15 min. In this pic I used my soup pot to make popcorn and it nearly filled my large roasting pan and then I doubled the caramel mixture.
