Sausage Gravy

Ingredients:

°1 pound breakfast sausage

°1/3 cup all-purpose flour

°4 cups whole milk

°1/2 teaspoon marinade salt

°1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 Methods:

In a large Fry the breakfast sausages over medium heat until golden brown and cook.

Sprinkle  flour over the boiled sausages and mix well.

Pour the milk gradually into the pot, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Add the seasoned salt and black pepper and mix well.

Continue cooking the sausage stock over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and has the desired consistency.Serve the sausage broth on crackers or toast.
